iScore Leagues Instructions

Quick Start

To configure your league site, if you go to the Home Page that was emailed to you, there are links by default for the configuration information.

To get started, here is what you would do:

Log in to the League Admin Site
Go to the Devices tab and add your device(s) that will be scoring the games (using the Customer ID from each device on the Options screen in iScore
Click the link that is created for each of the devices, and add the "teams" to the league site.
Go to Options on the League Admin site, and set the Start/End date for the league
It is recommended that you add a logo and short name for each of the teams as it really makes the site look nicer

The games between the teams in the league should now appear if you go to the "Schedule" tab.

The way the site identifies the games for the league is it looks at the iScorecasts that have taken place from the devices you list on the Devices tab between any of the Teams identified as part of the league.

Any time you score a new game with iScorecast on, it will automatically appear on the site. The stats will be updated when you do an Options->Export from the device that scored the game.

To force stats to update the first time for the games that already exist, you can go to the Schedule tab on the League Admin Website, and make one of the games Unofficial, then Official by clicking the checkmark in the Official column.
